3B Blackbio DX makes molecular diagnostic kits under the TRUPCR brand, and it also runs a small agrochemicals business. In FY26 it reported consolidated revenue of ₹14,191.81 lakh, compared with ₹9,646.86 lakh in FY25. Coris Bioconcept, a Belgian maker of rapid tests, was acquired during the year and contributed ₹3,591.19 lakh of that. Management says the company holds about 15% of India's molecular diagnostics market and sells in more than 70 countries.^[1][2]

Diagnostic kits brought in Rs 131.12 cr in FY26, or 92.4% of revenue, with an EBIT margin of 58.8%.^[3]
Agrochemicals brought in Rs 10.8 cr in FY26 (7.6% of revenue), with an EBIT margin of 1.3%. Its share of revenue fell 45.9 percentage points between FY2019 and FY2026.^[3]
Diagnostic kits revenue was ₹8,428.25 lakh in FY25 vs ₹6,085.21 lakh in FY24. Agrochemicals revenue was ₹1,218.61 lakh vs ₹1,368.51 lakh.^[4]
Management says it is only sustaining the agrochemicals business and keeps it at about INR10-12 cr. Agrochemical exports fell to ₹277.74 lakh in FY26 from ₹356.75 lakh in FY25.^[4][5][1]

Products and subsidiaries

Standalone 3B sales grew 10.4% to ₹8,647.69 lakh in FY26. Management linked the slower growth to the absence of the FY25 flu, dengue and chikungunya spike, which was worth ₹420 lakh.^[1]
Sales at TRUPCR Europe, the UK subsidiary, grew 36% to GBP 1.75M in FY26.^[1]
Excluding the one-time HAT order, Coris's AMR line grew 30% in FY26 and made up 69% of those sales. Its infectious line fell 26%, which the company attributes to Chinese competition.^[1]
Three TRURAPID RESIST AMR rapid tests were launched in Q2 FY26.^[6]

The company acquired 100% of Coris Holding, the parent of Belgium's Coris Bioconcept, from Avacta Group for £2.15m upfront plus an earn-out of up to £0.615m. Coris has been consolidated since 29 Aug 2025.^[6]
