1. What you may do

The public rankings page and per-company quick-insights pages are free to read in a browser, share with colleagues, and quote with attribution. Premium subscribers, free-listed companies, and on-demand unlocks expand that view to forward-looking analysis, guidance tracking, and concall briefs.

2. What you may not do

You agree not to, and not to permit others to, use this site or any API endpoint for any of the following:

• Automated harvesting. Crawling, scraping, spidering, or bulk-downloading any portion of the site that exceeds normal human browsing - whether or not those requests originate from a logged-in account.
• Account farming. Creating multiple accounts (or sharing credentials) to circumvent per-account rate limits or paywall gates.
• Republication of paid content. Reproducing, redistributing, mirroring, or training a model on paid analysis text, summaries, scores, or guidance items - in whole or in part, with or without modification.
• Watermark tampering. Removing, obscuring, or altering any per-user marker embedded in served analysis text. We embed invisible markers that identify the receiving account; attempting to strip them is itself a violation.
• Defeating access controls. Bypassing, probing, or attempting to bypass any authentication, rate limit, captcha challenge, or session integrity check.

3. Detection and enforcement

Every served analysis carries a per-user watermark that survives copy-paste. When watermarked content appears on a third-party site, in a training dataset, or in a competing product, we can and will identify the source account.

We may, without notice, suspend or terminate accounts; revoke sessions; block IP ranges or autonomous systems; pursue takedown procedures (including DMCA notices to the host); and seek civil remedies including injunctive relief and damages.

4. Use at your own risk

Content on this site is informational. We summarize public filings, exchange disclosures, and earnings-call transcripts using software. Verify every claim against the cited source before relying on it for any decision.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; the "last updated" date above tracks the most recent change. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

Reports of abuse, takedown requests, or disputed account actions can be sent to the operator email shown on the front page.
