The company has two distilleries with total production capacity of 125 kilo liter per day (KLPD) to produce rectified spirit, extra neutral alcohol, and anhydrous alcohol. The firm has three cogeneration plants with high pressure boilers and extraction cum condensing Turbines which Generates 57.5 megawatts of Green Power and exports 41 megawatts of power to the TANGEDCO grid. The firm has three sugarcane-based integrated biorefinery complexes located at Varadaraj Nagar in Theni district, Mundiyampakkam in Villupuram district and Gingee in Villupuram district of Tamil Nadu.
